Meet The TeamBIDBI’s design service is available for when you need help with logos, typography or artwork. Our experienced team of designers will work from a brief to come up with different ideas you can use, both in your branding and on your bag.
The design service will work in partnership with you to develop ideas and help visualise your concepts on to paper. You can come to us with a finished brief, down to the specifics, or you may just have a thought, this is where our team’s expertise can nurture your thoughts and make them a reality.
Our Design ServiceOur talented Design team will transform your artwork into a print-ready design. Before we go to print, you’ll be presented with a mock-up of your chosen bag for your approval. Once you’ve confirmed to our team that everything is good to go, we’ll process your order and finalise payment. Please be aware that printing won’t commence for your order until the mock-up is approved, and payment has been completed. This ensures we maintain our streamlined, stress-free process for all clients that we have the pleasure of working with.
With your approval and payment received, we get to work printing your products. If you’ve come to BIDBI for our bags, our Production team prepare the screens for your artwork, or print the transfer paper if you opt for a digital print. Our bag printing machines are carefully calibrated at the beginning of every print to ensure that they are set specifically to your job specifications. We print using ISO 14001 textile inks, that have been mixed to a unique Pantone recipe matching your order, using traditional screen-printing methods to channel the ink through the fine screen mesh by a rubber blade. If your selected branded bags require a digitally generated image of Litho print, our Design team will print your image in reverse using silicone coated paper. This is then transferred by our Production team onto your branded bags of choice using a pneumatically driven, industrial heat transfer press.
If you’ve come to us for our non-textile products, we will liase with our international factories to begin processing your order and our Operations team will work closely with them to arrange shipping and delivery.
Print Method GuideWe take quality seriously. With every bag, bottle, t-shirt, or pen we produce – we’re staking our reputation on the line and we’re proud to stand behind the work we produce. Every order is individually checked by our Quality Control team, who meticiously check every item before packaging. Once your order is ready to dispatch, they undergo a final quality check to ensure everything meets your expectations. Our comprehensive troubleshooting and strike-off procedures ensure that your artwork arrives as expected.
We have a variety of delivery and courier options available once your order is ready to ship. Any order can be expedited depending on notice, location, and how urgent you require your order. Before your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery. For mainland UK orders, delivery is typically delivered the next working day, with mornings and Saturday delivery available for an additional charge. If you are local to Sheffield, you can come to BIDBI HQ and collect your order yourself, or we will deliver it to you, unless you wish to arrange your own courier.
