Since our start in 2007 BIDBI has had a clear mission to support businesses in promoting their brands in a sustainable, eco-friendly and an impactful way. Based in Sheffield, the Steel City, for almost 20 years, we're proud to be a lasting part of the community. Over time, we’ve nurtured what worked for us and we’ve grown to supply high quality promotional items to the world’s leading brands, independent businesses and organisations. The success we have seen over almost two decades of business has been because of our people. Let’s take a look at some of the brilliant minds behind BIDBI’s success.

Leadership Team

The BIDBI Leadership team are the driving force behind BIDBI’s business. They keep their teams motivated, focused, and driving towards the next level of success. Each leadership member is responsible for the day-to-day management of their business area.

Daya

Managing Director

Daya is the Managing Director, managing daily operations and international orders. He works closely with our Global Fairtrade partners, and has a part ownership of BIDBI.

Marc

Finance Director

Marc is the Finance Director and oversees BIDBI’s finances, financial performance, and company accounts. He brings extensive account and management experience, as well as part ownership of BIDBI

Shaun

Production Manager

Shaun is the Production Manager, running the day-to-day operation of our printing factory. He oversees every print job to ensure our team are delivering high quality work for our clients.

Rachel

Sales Manager

Rachel is our Sales Manager, leading the BIDBI Sales Team and helping clients find the right bags, clothing and promotional merchandise for their brand. With a friendly, practical approach, she builds strong relationships and supports the team in delivering attentive service from the first enquiry through to the finished order.

Andi

Design & Marketing Manager

Our Head of Design & Marketing Andi leads two distinct teams, bringing creativity and direction to both. Working closely with clients and production, they guide the Design Team in refining supplied artwork and creating bespoke, print-ready designs.

He also oversees the Marketing Team, shaping how BIDBI presents its products, services and values through campaigns, website content and social media.

Our Sales Team

The BIDBI sales team are a one-of-a-kind team driven by client satisfaction. Success for them is providing a sustainable, promotional solutions for their clients and exceeding expectations. They are always ready to help you and bring your promotional ideas to life with our green-alternative, promotional solutions.

Alex

Supporting Sales Manager

Alex is the Supporting Sales Manager and assists the Sales Manager in running the Sales team. He is passionate about delivering a memorable client experience for his sectors Events Management, Music, Food & Drink, and Automotives & Transport.

Steph

Sales Account Manager

Steph is a Sales Account Manager, engaging with clients to close orders, and reach out to new sectors. She ensures the needs of her clients are met in her sectors Hair & Beauty, Corporate, Designer & Artist, Fashion & Fashion Accessories, and Gallery & Museum.

Joanne

Sales Account Manager

Joanne is an Sales Account Manager, finding new quotes, working her existing client base, and providing quotes for sectors Non-Profit & Charities, Publishing, Community, Education, and Press.

Liam

Sales Account Manager

Liam is a Sales Account Manager, working closely with clients to bring their sustainable and promotional projects to life. He guides clients with insight and excellent customer service, matching their needs with the right product or tailored advice.

Jordan

Sales Account Manager

Jordan is a Sales Account Manager, helping clients find sustainable promotional products that suit their brand, budget and goals. From initial enquiries to placing orders, he offers practical advice and friendly, attentive support, making the process straightforward and ensuring each client feels confident in their choices.

Our Design & Marketing Team

Our Design and Marketing team brings ideas to life, helping clients put their own stamp on our bags, clothing and promotional merchandise. From artwork mock-ups and bespoke designs to preparing files for print, they combine creativity with practical know-how to make every design work on the finished product.

The team also keeps BIDBI’s own communications fresh and engaging, creating website content, social media posts and email campaigns. Working closely with Sales and Production, they showcase what we do and help clients discover new ways to promote their brands.

Bekka

Graphic Designer

Bekka is our Graphic Designer, bringing creativity, precision and a fresh perspective to the BIDBI Design Team. She supports client projects by creating artwork mock-ups, developing bespoke designs and preparing files for print.

Working closely with colleagues, she refines artwork and handles revisions to help bring each client’s ideas to life across our bags, clothing and promotional merchandise.

Jade

Web Development Manager

Jade is our Web Development Manager, bringing technical expertise, creativity and a user-focused approach to the BIDBI team. She oversees the development and ongoing improvement of our websites, helping to create a smooth, engaging online experience.

Her work helps ensure our digital presence is effective, easy to navigate and aligned with the BIDBI brand.

Finance

Our Finance Team keeps the financial side of BIDBI running smoothly, from processing invoices and managing budgets to looking after payroll. Their attention to detail helps ensure payments are made on time, records stay accurate, and everyone has the information they need.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, they answer financial queries, keep track of spending, and support planning for the future. Behind the scenes, their organisation and expertise play an essential part in keeping BIDBI moving forward.

Ben

Management Accounts Assistant

Ben keeps BIDBI’s finances running smoothly, supporting day-to-day transactions and ensuring everything adds up. Whether he’s reconciling accounts or helping colleagues with queries, Ben’s eye for detail keeps things in order. His organised approach and friendly nature make him an essential part of the team behind the scenes.

Management Accounts Assistant

Rath plays a key role in preparing BIDBI’s management accounts, turning data into insights that help guide decision-making. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, Rath supports reporting and analysis across the business. His proactive approach ensures our management team always has clear, up-to-date financial information.

Production, Warehouse and Operations

Our Production, Warehouse, and Operations teams are at the engine behind BIDBI. Working as one, they are responsible for using the machinery and printing your logo on our products, safely storing the stock and orders before shipping and printing, and ensuring that each step of an order keeps moving along without a problem.

Matt

UK Operations

Matt is responsible for coordinating the administrative and logistical side of customer orders, making sure everything is set up correctly and progressing as it should. This includes putting orders onto the system, checking key details, liaising with internal teams and ensuring the right information is in place before production or fulfilment begins.
