UK Delivery
For mainland UK orders, we offer next-day delivery with a convenient one-hour time slot, so you can be assured of when you’ll receive your order. For remote locations within mainland UK, delivery can take up to 3 days, so please provide specific information regarding your delivery information as soon as possible.
Further Options
When deliveries are needed in a hurry, we can arrange a morning or Saturday delivery service for an additional charge. Please be aware, these additional delivery services may not be available depending on your location.
International
We love our international clients, and we work closely with our international couriers who provide reliable and professional delivery services, wherever you are. Depending on your location, delivery times will vary depending on if you are based in a city or in a more remote area. We have a range of options available depending on the size of your order, all you need to do is give us as much detail as possible and we will work at the complexities. Quotes can be provided for any location, and any delivery type.
Customer Collection
If you’re local to Sheffield or can get to the Steel City, why not collect your order from BIDBI HQ? Our friendly team will be happy to arrange collection for you, whether it’s a single box or a pallet.
Arrange Your Own Courier
If you would like to use your own services to collect your order from us, we will work with you to ensure your order is ready for collection. Our loading is ready to ship single boxes, to multiple pallets.
Please Note
We ask our customers to note the following:
- Customs fees or duties may be applicable on international orders. BIDBI cannot take responsibility for any additional charges.
- Please provide a correct delivery address upon placing your order, or notify BIDBI of any change of address.
- BIDBI is closed between Christmas and New Year, so please order in advance if you need your order before the holidays.
- BIDBI is typically closed on bank holidays, so please factor an extra day in to the lead time when applicable.
We accept a variety of payment methods at BIDBI to accommodate your preference and to make payment as straightforward as possible. For our returning customers, we do offer account options for an added touch of convenience. Every BIDBI order receives a detailed invoice, so you’ll be able to update your records and make payment to BIDBI with the provide bank details.

Our most common and preferred payment method is bank transfer. Simply because it’s quick, easy, and secure. Your invoice will include the relevant bank details required so that you can make your payment to BIDBI.
