We should of came to BIDBI first to order any merch bags, because they are outstanding!
We went with a cheaper (overseas) company and I now fully regret my decision when I opened our BIDBI order.
The quality is unmatchable and the service too, 10 stars if I could! Go order now, don't second guess and go for the cheaper places. I'm now a returning customer placing another order from BIDBI a month later. Cheers!
Fantastic service, quality of goods and prices
Both the service and finished product were very impressive.
Good, efficient service with good quality bags.
Very smooth process all the way from first enquiry to delivery, and timely friendly responses from the team. Bags came right on schedule (if not even earlier than promised), and great quality. I will be ordering again in future!
Very helpful, very accommodating, very good!
Smooth transaction from ordering to payment to delivery.
Ordering custom totes was a smooth process with the help of their friendly team. This is my second order with BIDBI and I will use them again in the future.
BIDBI always provide excellent service. I cannot fault them. Quality goods and outstanding service.

Amazing quality tea towels. Our colours were matched perfectly and fine details came out wonderfully accurate. If you're looking for printed tea towels - this is the place! Wash really well too…
Brilliant service all the way through. Great bags. Lovely people. Patient, explained well, sent samples. High quality bags.
